To separate you from the numbers, everyone must learn how to create their brand identity to increase visibility in the marketplace. Your brand is not what you think or say that it is. According to science there is evidence that suggests optimism is found in our DNA, and its rival pessimism is a learned behavior. Optimism is protective and pessimism is detrimental when it comes to the development of disease and future outcomes. Daily, adversity peeks over the horizon to challenge us and the pessimist immediately decides that it is a signed, sealed, and delivered “personal death march”, while the optimist has the attitude of hope and resolution. Pessimists leave a little trail of gloom where ever they go, where as the optimist shares a smile. Serving pessimism comes at a high price, but it’s possible to change your way of thinking. Using a practice called ‘thought restructuring’ you can help yourself and others become a team member of the “glass is half-full club” by identifying the underlying systems that support negative self-limiting thought patterns and replacing it with power thoughts.
From Mourning to Morning
I know of no one who has escaped loosing something or someone that has left the heart torn with pain. From being anchored to emotional pain resulting from betrayal or unfaithfulness. The deep seeded grief of a loss of a loved one or one of our fury friends. I don’t think there is a physical ailment that can compare to the power of a broken heart. Remember the old saying “time heals a broken heart”, what time table and where do you get one? Heartbreak is not only emotionally exhausting, it affects all of you. People who are heart broken or have a wounded spirit find themselves no longer living in our solar system – nothing remains the same. “Time heals all wounds and so does transforming emotions and changing limiting beliefs in a blueprint for your emotional healing and freedom.
