Debra is the daughter of German immigrants, where hard work and “a lot of it” was a lifestyle.  Raised on a farm in the Midwest she understood at an early age that in order to make financial dreams come true you needed to have multiple income streams.

Unlike her parents where time was not leveraged she made a decision to pursue the life style of time freedom in multilevel marketing. She got it when she realized there were two kinds of people – those that trade their time for money vs. those who build an organization and receive a residual income stream from it.

Early in the game Debra realized for her to achieve the success level she desired she needed to hire a business coach.  Her MLM success led to becoming a national trainer for several successful companies. At one such event, she was approached by a “newbie” who asked “will you consider coaching me?” that started Debra onto yet another new highway. With her skills and education and now MLM success she literally reinvented herself.
